Ákros Compagnie is the data controller for the information you provide so that it can respond to your request. Your name, email address and message are required; without them, the form cannot be sent. Your telephone number, venue, dates, organisation, practice and project details are optional. For the photo-session interest list, the form also optionally requests the number of people, preferred apparatus, practice level and age group (18 or over, or 16–17 with a parent’s agreement); this information is used to notify you of the next photo day.
This processing is based on your consent: by choosing to send your request, you agree that Ákros may use this information to reply. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us, without affecting processing carried out before that withdrawal.
On akros-cie.fr, your request is saved in a database run by Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts the site. A notification is sent to the akros.cie@gmail.com mailbox, hosted by Google. To protect the form from bots, the page loads Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes your IP address and technical information about your browser for that check only. The people at Ákros who answer you are the recipients.
Requests are kept while they are being processed and then archived for no more than three years. If your request leads to a contract, contractual and accounting records are subject to their own retention requirements. Requests for the photo-session interest list are kept for three years from the request or last contact.
If you contact Ákros by email, telephone or WhatsApp, the service you choose also applies its own privacy policy.
The app queries Google Apps Script to display opening status, the schedule, workshops and collective messages. The website’s Home and training space pages display only opening status, the schedule and workshops. Information published by the team is accessible to visitors. Workshop photos uploaded by the team are hosted on Supabase and displayed publicly. The services concerned process the technical data needed for these connections; contact form fields are not sent to them.
Management functions check team access. The new app does not retain the team code in browser storage. If you choose ‘Stay logged in on this device’, a login token is stored there until it expires or you log out. Team drafts are kept in the tab so that unfinished entries can be resumed; the light or dark theme preference remains stored in the browser. These functions support the operation of the app.
Notifications use OneSignal. Enabling them is optional and based on your consent. This service processes browser and subscription identifiers and technical information required for notifications to work. No email address is requested to subscribe. You can disable notifications in the app or browser settings; this stops messages but does not immediately delete all data held by the provider. To request deletion, contact Ákros. This portal manages the accounts authorised by Thomas for AÉRIS and Atlas, as well as the private Atlas links described below. Supabase authenticates the accounts. Permissions are recorded in the private Cloudflare D1 database. The portal processes the email address, account identifier (UUID), permissions granted and the dates of authenticated access and permission changes. This information identifies accounts and manages their access.
Login uses two secure technical cookies that cannot be accessed by the page’s JavaScript: the access cookie expires after no more than one hour and the renewal cookie after no more than 30 days, provided the Supabase session is still valid. Logging out removes these cookies from the browser.
Thomas can also create a private link granting access to all of Atlas without an account. Anyone holding this link can view Atlas and its documents until the link is disabled. Private storage retains only a hash of the secret, an optional label, the creation date and the identifier of the owner who created it. A secure technical session cookie enables viewing; the link’s validity is checked again for every resource. The secret is not stored in plain text in this storage. Disabling a link blocks subsequent requests; it does not remove documents already received.
In AÉRIS, the register, inspections and drafts are stored in the browser and synchronised with a private Supabase space when connection and permissions allow. Supporting documents added to this space are stored privately; access is checked when they are viewed. Local data may remain after logout. Revoking access blocks subsequent private requests; it does not erase files already downloaded or local data already stored. For questions about this data, contact akros.cie@gmail.com.
Fonts are hosted with the website (Cormorant Garamond licence and Montserrat licence). Embedded YouTube and Vimeo videos load only after you click their thumbnail; playback may then send connection data to Google or Vimeo. The public website adds no audience analytics or advertising tools. External providers may process data outside the European Union; their policies explain the processing, retention periods and safeguards applicable to their services.
